9.3.1 Adjusting Nozzle Position

Figure 50 Center the nozzle in the width of the wheels

Use this to show set screws locking nozzle in a weld position. The three in locking in/out, the set
screw that locks up/down movement.
Then maintenance on AHAM shoulder screws bushings.

9.4 Tape Delivery System Installation

The TDS tower simply drops down into the

slots on the Upper Wheel Module with no

tools required.

This knob moves the
nozzle closer or further
away from the wheels

This knob raises and
lowers the nozzle in
relation to the wheels.
