Danger to life
when opening the device as live components and connections are
then exposed. Pull the mains plug from the outlet before opening the device.
Danger of fire and explosion
with improper use of wedge welding devices, parti-
cularly in the vicinity of flammable materials and explosive gases.

Do not touch the welding wedge when it is hot.
Allow the device to cool down.
Connect the device to an
outlet with a protective ground
. Any interruption of the
protective conductor inside or outside the device is dangerous!
Use extension cables with protective conductors only!
Moving parts may not be touched.
The danger exists of inadvertently becoming
caught and being pulled in.
An FI switch
is urgently required for personnel protection when the device is used
at construction sites.

Device
is not permitted to be operated
unsupervised. Heat can reach flammable
materials that are not in view.
Device may be used only by
trained specialists
or under their supervision. Child-
ren are not permitted to operate the equipment under any circumstances.
The nominal voltage
specified on the device must match the mains voltage.
The main switch must be switched off in the event of a mains voltage failure.
