Battery too low for sensor cleaning
Please stop sensor cleaning immediately

– Does the battery have a sufficient charge?

Use a charged battery.

– The battery is flat.

Replace the battery.

The camera won’t switch on.

– Is the battery inserted correctly?

– Does the battery have a sufficient charge?

Use a charged battery.

– Is the bottom cover inserted correctly?

– Is there visible condensation?

This may occur when the camera is moved directly from a cold environment into heat. Wait
for the camera to acclimatize and the condensation will disappear.

The date and time display is incorrect or not
shown.

– The camera hasn’t been in use for an extended period of time and no battery was inserted.

Insert a fully charged battery.
Set the date and time.
