LEHR LP5.0 HP Rev.A 2014

1. Install the stainless steel plate

onto the dowels

on the gearcase.

Apply film of grease to the impeller blades and impeller cup.

2. Install the impeller drivepin

into the drive shaft.

3. Align the groove on the impeller

with the drive pin, and then install the impeller

onto the drive shaft.

4. Install the new gasket

onto the impeller housing

and place the impeller cup

into the impeller housing

Orient the cup tab extension into the recess in the impeller housing.

5. Slide the housing over the driveshaft. Align the impeller housing with the water pump

impeller, and push the housing down onto the impeller while rotating the driveshaft in

a clockwise direction until it is completely seated against the stainless steel plate.

6. Install the 4 impeller housing bolts and tighten.

7. Install gearcase onto midsection. (See installing gearcase pg. 56)
