LEHR LP5.0 HP Rev.A 2014

1. Position the 3 stainless mounting clips

on to the fuel line in the same orientation they

were on the old line.

2. Reassemble the remote tank connector and fuel line to the front lower engine cover.

Install all the components in the correct order as shown.

Be careful to position the 10mm x 2mm ring in its groove in the fuel line and ensure it

stays in position as the assembly is tightened up.

3. Position the two fuel line clamps

and install the bolts one at a time on the front bot-

tom bracket. Always keep one bolt firmly in place on the bracket, this will ensure that

the O-ring between the bracket and cylinder block stays in position. If both bolts are

loose at the same time, the O-ring may slip out of position and result in an oil leak.

4. Install the long banjo bolt through the head of the evaporator and into the carburetor.

Use a rubber coated banjo washer between the bolt head and the evaporator and be-

tween the evaporator and carburetor. Torque to:

8 Nm (6 ft/lbs).

5. Install the third fuel line clamp

to the valve cover bolt.

6. Insert the end of the rubber hose through the hole in the propane bottle tray. Install the

brass propane bottle connector

on to the end of the hose using 10mm and 14mm

open end wrenches. Torque to: 1

8 Nm (13 ft/lbs).

Do not use Teflon tape or sealant on

the connection threads.

7. Reassemble the lower cover and carrying handles in the reverse order of removing

them (removing the fuel line steps 1-4).
