16. REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS   

 

16.1 Welding 

 
All load carrying steel parts are manufactured from S420MC EN10149 sheet and S355J2H 
EN10219 tube. 
 

 

Welding repairs are only allowed to be carried out by professional welders. When welding, 
use only methods and additives suited for above mentioned steel qualities.  
 
SFS EN-ISO 5817 quality level D of imperfections in welding is suitable for all weldings, 
except for load carrying parts. Repair weldings in load carrying parts can be performed only 
by permission from the manufacturer.  
 
 

ATTENTION! It is not allowed to change the construction and structure of this access 

platform without written permission from the manufacturer. 

 
 

17. INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEMPORARY STORAGE 

 

-

  The cable of the  

+

 pole of the battery should be disconnected, if the access platform 

is being stored for a period longer than 1 month 

-

  The machine shall be covered and, if possible, stored inside or under roof in a place 

where unauthorized persons don’t have access. 

-

  Make sure that eventual leaks during storage will not cause waste water or similar 

environmental problems.

engine.

 

 
 

18. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSING OF THE MACHINE 

 

When the access platforms lifecycle comes to an end, it has to be dissembled and disposed 
of in an environmentally friendly way. 

 

- Battery and other electronic components should be recycled or disposed of according to 

local regulations 

- Oil should be collected and recycled according to local regulations 
- Plastic parts should be recycled according to local regulations
