To assemble adjustable base, complete the following procedure:

Remove the hardware box from the base. Open the
box and verify the following items are included:

(zip-tied to base frame)

• (1) Remote Control

electrical power cord - varies according to

• (1) Sync Cable

Cut the zip-ties and remove the
mattress retainer.
Caution: Exercise
caution when using sharp instruments

STEP 1
Place adjustable base shipping container on
solid, level surface. Remove top section of
shipping container. Remove packing material.
Carefully, lift adjustable base out of bottom
section of shipping container and place on clean
surface.
