STEP 4
Screw the legs into the tapped holes at the (4) corners (FIGURE 2).
STEP 2
Set the hardware box aside. Cut the zip-tie and
remove the mattress retainer.
POWER CORDS MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH
ANY ADJUSTABLE BASE MECHANISMS.
DO NOT WEAVE CORDS THROUGH BASE
STRUCTURE.

STEP 3
Plug electrical power cord into power brick. Plug
brick power cord into base motor cable. Secure
connection using cable latch (FIGURE 1). Note:
Align pins before inserting plugs.
Plug electrical power cord into power outlet.
Note: An electrical surge protection device is
recommended (not included).
