Put the cup on the grid.
To use a large cup, rest the cup or mug directly on
the lower grill.
On first use, deliver at least 17.60 fl oz (0.5 litres) of
water without inserting a capsule.
On first use or after running out of water, the
machine will carry out a priming cycle.
PREPARING THE MACHINE
STAND-BY FUNCTION
To ensure energy saving, after 10 minutes of inac-
tivity the machine will automatically switch to Eco
mode, after 30 minutes in the stand-by mode.
The machine can be set in stand-by manually
before the 30 minutes, by pressing the MULTI-
FUNCTION button . This condition is indi-
cated by the turning off of the buttons.
Press again the MULTIFUNCTION button to
resume machine operation.
PREPARATION FOR COFFEE BREWING
The coffee machine features two positions for
preparing the coffee: espresso cup/mug.
To use an espresso coffee cup, move to the right
the mug/cup rest grid lifting lever.
