26. TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event that a malfunction occurs, the board intervenes and signals the irregularities, lighting the LED Alarm (Alarm LED lit) and beeps. There
are the following alarms:
ORIGIN OF THE ALLARMS ON DISPLAY
Black-out current AL 1 BLACK-OUT
Probe temperature smoke AL 2 EXHAUST PROBE
Over temperature smoke AL 3 HOT EXAUST
Encoder exausto broken AL 4 FAN FAILURE
No flame in the combustion chamber AL 5 NO LIGHTIN
No pellet AL 6 NO PELLET
Over temperature of structure AL 7 TEMPERAT SAFETY
No depression in combustion chamber AL 8 FAILURE DEPRESS
Water pressure outside allowable values, <0,5 and > 2,5 bar (only hydro devices) PRESS WATER
Water temperature too high > 90° C (only hydro devices) HOT WATER
Pellet loading door open for more than 180 seconds (only sealed chamber, type B) CHARGE OPEN
Each alarm condition causes the immediate shutdown of the unit except the alarm of power failure
(BLACK-OUT), and resettable with long press of start/stop button
. Whenever an alarm can be cleared for safety starts a
switch-off of the unit. During the alarm is always on the LED alarms (alarm LED illuminated) and enabled when the buzzer will sound intermittently. If
you fail to reset the alarm, the unit will go off in any case, always displaying the alarm message.
Trouble:
During the working status of the unit, may lack electricity. Upon restart, if the period of the black-out is very
short (< 1 minute), the unit starts in WORK mode, otherwise the alarm is activated. The display will scroll the
following message and the unit goes off.
Solution:

Check the causes.

Await the caming back of the electricity and re-start the appareil.
Trouble:
Refer to smoke probe wiring, because of it:

Check the smoke temperature probe and test it.

Check the smoke probe being correctly positioned at the correct depth.
Solution:

Check the causes.

If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Trouble:
Appliance is getting overheated, because of it:

Check to see if the unit is badly positioned.

Check if any obstruction flues.

Check if you have made your annual cleaning combustion chamber and gas flues by authorized
personnel.

Smoke probe defective or badly positioned.
Solution:

Check the causes.

If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Trouble:
The smoke exhaust fan doesn’t work, because of it:

Check encoder wiring and electrical connections.

Check if you have made your annual cleaning combustion chamber and gas flues by authorized
personnel.
Solution:

Check the causes.

If the problem persists, contact technical support.
