Security Settings (Option 6)
You can change security settings by means of Telnet or serial connections only, not
on the Web-Manager.
We recommend that you set security over the dedicated
network or over the serial setup to prevent eavesdropping.
Caution:
Disabling both Telnet Setup and Port 77FE will prevent users
from accessing the setup menu from the network. Disabling Port 77FE
also disables the Web from configuring the device.
