ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Fold Assembly Wing
The wing fold should be installed after the wing frame
assemblies are attached to center frame, and gang
assemblies are attached to wing frames.
DANGER
1.
Attach the rod end of the inner 4-1/2 x 30 cylinders
and base end of outer 4 x 30 cylinders to inner wing
fold plates as shown
)
with 1-1/4 x 7
pins, 1-1/4 flat washers and 5/16 x 2-1/2 pins. On
7550-45’ Model, the base end of the outer 4 x 30
cylinder will attach with the pin provided in cylinder
base.
NOTE
Rod ends of fold cylinders need to be left
unassembled and propped up until fold hydraulic
system is fully charged with oil to prevent machine
damage when folding the first time.
2.
Attach the wing stabilizer mount rear plates to the
wing stabilizer spacer 6”. 6 x 3 x 3-1/2 rubber
bumper, wing rest mount, 1/2-12 x 3-1/2 hex screws,
1/2 flat washers, 1/2-13 lock nuts with one 1-8 x 8-1/2
hex screw, 1/2-13 lock nut, two 1/2-13 x 7-1/2 hex
screw and 1/2-13 lock nuts.

Mount the wing stabilizer mount rear plates to inner
wing in location shown
)
with 3/4-10
x 8 hex screws and 1/2-13 lock nuts.
4.
Attach the wing stabilizer mount front assembly the
same as the wing stabilizer mount rear assembly
shown

but the only
difference is the wing stabilizer mount front plates.
5.
Install the lock mount to the wing stabilizer mount
front with a 1-8 x 8-1/2 hex bolt through the plates
from the front and secure with 1-8 lock nut. Install the
wing lock pin and 3/8 x 1-1/2 lock pin as shown

6.
Attach the rod end of the outer 4 x 30 cylinders to
outer wing fold plates as shown
)
with 1-1/4 x 9-9/16 pins, 1-1/4 flat washers, wing fold
rollers, spacers 1/2” wide and 5/16 x 2-1/2 pins.
Disc blades are extremely sharp. Exercise
extreme care when working on or near disc
blades. Do not allow discs to roll over or fall onto
any bodily part. Do not allow wrenches to slip
when working near disc blades. Never push
wrenches toward disc blades. Do not climb over
machine above disc blades. Failure to stay clear
of disc blade edges can cause serious personal
injury or death.
