ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Fold Assembly Center
The center fold should be installed after the gang
assemblies are attached.

DANGER
1. Attach the wing stabilizer front and rear, fold-stab
plates front and rear, doubler plates, base end of the
4-1/2 x 30 cylinders in orientation shown
( See
Figures 3-6 ) . Install the 4-1/2 x 30 cylinders on the
center frame with the front cylinder ports to the rear,
and the rear cylinders with ports facing forward.
2. Secure the base end of the 4-1/2 x 30 cylinders with
1-1/4 x 7 pin, 1-1/4 flat washers and 5/16 x 2-1/2
pins.
3. Secure the plates to the wing stabilizers and to the
center frame with 3/4-10 x 6 hex screws and 3/4-10
lock nuts in orientation show
( See Figures 3-6 ) .
4. Install 1-8 x 6-1/2 hex bolt through the plates from the
front and secure with 1-8 lock nut.
5. Attach the outer wing stop plates to outer holes of
the
wing stabilizer rear
with
3/4-10 x 6 hex screws
and 3/4-10 lock nuts.
NOTE
Now the left side wing stabilizers and cylinders may
be installed the same way in orientation shown
( See
Figures 3-6 ) pointing to the left side of machine.
Disc blades are extremely sharp. Exercise
extreme care when working on or near disc
blades. Do not allow discs to roll over or fall onto
any bodily part. Do not allow wrenches to slip
when working near disc blades. Never push
wrenches toward disc blades. Do not climb over
machine above disc blades. Failure to stay clear
of disc blade edges can cause serious personal
injury or death.
