for a pe riod of twelve (12) months af ter date of de liv ery by the Dealer to 
the origi nal re tail pur chaser. LAN DOLL shall re pair or re place, at its op -
tion, freight on board (f.o.b.) at its fac tory or des ig nated DEALER lo ca -
tion, any part or parts of such new and un 

used ma 

chine which shall

have been re ported in writ ing to LAN DOLL within thirty (30) days from
date of fail ure thereof and which LAN DOLL in spec tion shall dis close to
have been de fec tive. De fec tive parts must be re turned to the LAN DOLL
fac tory, freight pre paid. LAN DOLL will not be li able for la bor, trans por -
ta tion, or any other charges re sult ing from re place ment of a de fec tive
part. This war ranty is void if any part not sup plied by LAN DOLL is used
