TROUBLESHOOTING THE WAVE PUMP

Open dispenser by pressing two buttons under door.

Open pump door b pressing red tab.
C.
Remove packages.
D.
Remove package support plate.
E.
Press red button to open door, exposing the pump head.
F.
Place cup under nozzle. Press the
PUSH
button for each pump to see if pumps run. If neither pump
runs, check control box. If one pump runs and other does not, determine if the problem lies with the
pump head or the pump drive. Replace if necessary.
G.
Press red latch to remove pump head. Swap with other pump head. If pump head works properly
after swapping, the problem lies with the pump drive. Proceed to next step. If pump head does not
work properly after swapping, the problem lies with the pump head. Replace (See Figure 13).
H.
Press red latch at back and slide pump drive forward. Swap with other pump drive to determine if
the problem is external to the pump drive, i.e. cabling, door board (See Figure 14).

8. DISPENSER DISPOSAL
To prevent possible harm to the environment from improper disposal, recycle the unit
by locating an authorized recycler or contact the retailer where the product was pur
chased. Comply with local regulations regarding disposal of the refrigerant and
insulation.
