STARTING TO USE THIS MACHINE

1. SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN BEFORE USE
USER TRAINING IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO OPERATING THIS MACHINE
All personnel that use or maintain this machine should be trained in every aspect of its
proper care and operation. This training should include selecting and running the proper
wash cycle, loading and unloading of the racks and baskets, handling of cleaning
chemicals, and decontamination after a faulty cycle.
All personnel working with toxic chemicals and vapors, which may be used in this
machine, must have comprehensive instructions in the relevant health hazards, methods
to detect the escape of toxic chemicals, and in the washer disinfection process. Please
see the Appendix for the protocol necessary for disinfecting this machine.
Training of user and maintenance personnel must be conducted regularly and made
available to all required personnel before use. All training sessions should be
documented so that attendance records are maintained and that an evidence of
understanding is demonstrated.
Please consult this manual for assistance with all aspects of the operation of this
machine.
AVOID OPENING THE CHAMBER DOOR DURING OPERATION
This machine uses detergent (caustic) and acid additives with elevated (95
°
C)
temperatures in the chamber during the different phases of the wash cycle. Opening the
door during the wash cycle can cause
