1. Remove the top section (7) from
the lance.
Ensure the lance is disconnected from any equipment before
carrying out any maintenance procedure.
2. With the tip extended in the
normal working position remove the
dust cap and gasket with a pulling
motion and save for reuse.
4. Remove the push fit
connector and save for reuse.
3. Pull the broken flexi-tip through
the top section (7).
5. Straighten the replacement flexi-
tip and gently push into the top
section (7). When tip appears, pull
through from the top end into the
normal working position.
To avoid damage straighten the
new flexi-tip before inserting
into top section (7).
6. With the tip extended in the
normal working position replace
the gasket and dust cap by using a
gentle pushing motion.
E. Insert the top section (7) back into
the lance.
