The evaporator is mounted in the aft cabin and supplies chilled air to the cabin. It
is controlled by a switch on the instrument panel.

HIGH-ALTITUDE SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT

Several systems and equipment are unique to aircraft that fly at high altitudes,
and pilots should be familiar with their operation before using them. Before any
flight, a pilot should be familiar with all the systems on the aircraft to be flown.
