The hydraulically driven fowler flaps extend from aileron to fuselage on each
wing.
The flaps are operated by a flap valve mounted below the throttle quadrant and
are selectable to any setting between zero and forty degrees. Electrically or
manually operated speed brakes may be installed on the wings. Precise Flight
speed brakes deployment will give the aircraft approximately a 1,300 fpm
descent at a constant power setting and airspeed.
