ADJUSTMENTS
Air adjustment
The directly accessible micrometric screw device (4)
allows very fine, stable and precise adjustment of the
delivery air. After loosening the ring nut (5) turn the
screw clockwise to reduce the throttle opening and
anticlockwise to increase it.
Combustion head adjustment
The pressurization ring (30) can be moved forward or
backward by turning the screw (A) fitted on the cover.
Turn clockwise to move the pressurization disc forward
and decrease the air flow and anticlockwise to move
the disc backward and increase the air flow.
Pump pressure adjustment
The pump pressure is calibrated to kg/cm
at the
factory. Nonetheless, if necessary, the pressure can be
changed by turning the screw (6). To check the pres-
sure value reached, fit a pressure gauge with a full
scale of 30 kg/cm
on the attachment (7).
N.B. The pump operating range is min. 7 – max. 4
kg/cm
