REMARK
: if vegetables in leaves are not well spinned
repeat only the centrifuge
(see program
5
).
IMPORTANT
: only vegetables in leaves can be dried
(programs
1-3-5-6-8
); tubers or fruits can only be
washed and rinsed or only rinsed (programs
2-4-7-9
).
WASHING OF TUBERS AND FRUITS

Choose tubers or fruits.
Put tubers or fruits into the basket with thin or
large meshes according to the type until it is filled up.
WARNING!
DO NOT FILL THE BASKET
MORE THAN 3/4 FULL
Place the closed basket with relative cover inside the
machine and close the door
.

Choose the program number by using the
buttons
“E”
and
“G” (+ -).
Choose the Washing program among programs
2, 4 , 7
, 9
(those without drying) according to the type of
vegetables and the amount of dirt which has to be
washed ( see board 1 for programs).
The standard washing (2 minutes) and drying (30
secondi) times are preselected.
To change the Washing and drying times see the
chapter about programming.
The selected program number is showed on the
display.

SOFT WASHING
By selecting programs
“6”
and
“7”
you can have a
complete, soft washing cycle.
During this phase the pump does not work and the
vegetables get washed just by immersion and rotation
into water.
Do not exceed in quantity of light vegetables in order
to avoid difficult washing.
NEVER CENTRIFUGE TUBERS AND FRUITS!
DO NOT FILL THE BASKET MORE THAN 3/4 FULL
MAINTENANCE
-
Follow the directions on the maitenance in this
guide;
-
Wear protective clothing and gloves when
challenged elements are impregned with clearing
solution;
WARNING!
Before carrying out
cleaning the inside of the machine, make sure that
there are no foreign objects that could damage the
rusty steel inside the tank.
The eventual rust particles could come from non-
stainless steel dishes, from baskets or damaged water
pipes not rust-proof.

Open the door.
WARNING!
Please pay attention
to the opening and closing of the door of the
Vegetable-washers.

Unload the tank keeping the button
"B"
pushed for 3” seconds.
Note: the drain switches off automatically after 2
minutes;
To stop temporarily the drain push again button
“B”.
- Switch off the power (button “A” in the “
o
”
position) and disconnect the wall
switch.
WARNING!
DO NOT LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN AFTER
THE END OF THE DAILY MAINTENANCE.
