PREINFUSION MENU (if enabled in SETTINGS Menu: refer to Page 43 of this manual):
Select the Menu to access the Menu for setting parameters for Preinfusion time associated with coffee deliveries.
The following will appear on the Display:
Use the +/- to change the initial Preinfusion time for coffee delivery.
The Preinfusion time (expressed in seconds) is relative to the time, from the start of delivery, during which water at mains pressure is added to
the ground coffee in the filter holder (pump does not work).
Once this time is up, the pump continues to operate until delivery is complete.
The purpose of the Preinfusion function is to modify the in-cup result, in organoleptic terms, to vary final beverage results, according to
requirements.
Press to confirm set data and return to the Parameters Menu.
