Temperature Correction
Technician Level Parameters
•
This parameter allows the technician to adjust the
temperature of the individual coffee boilers.
•
This procedure is best completed with an external
temperature measuring device that measures the
water exiting the group at the point of contact with
the coffee.

Press and hold the
button on the group 1 keypad until the following is displayed
(approximately 10 seconds):
Enter the 5 digit technician password using buttons 1-5 on the group 1 keypad. Once accepted the
following appears:

button on the group 1 keypad until the following appears (one time):

Press the

button to adjust the temperature higher or lower. Each block is equal to
0.5°F. Once the desired setting is made press the button
to confirm and advance to the next
boiler (if available).
