If the flame burns with a long white tip you should call for service.
MAKE SURE THE FLOW OF COMBUSTION AND VENTILATION AIR TO
THE RANGE IS UNOBSTRUCTED.
DO NOT TOUCH SURFACE UNITS, AREAS NEAR UNITS, HEA-
TING ELEMENTS OR INTERIOR SURFACES OF OVEN - Surface
units and heating elements may be hot even though they are dark
in color. Areas near surface units and interior surfaces of an oven
may become hot enough to cause burns.
During and after use, do not touch, or let clothing or other flam-
mable materials contact surface units, areas near units, heating
elements or interior surfaces of oven until they have had sufficient
time to cool. Other surface of the appliance may become hot
enough to cause burns - among these surfaces are oven vent ope-
nings and surface near these openings, oven doors, etc.
IMPORTANT: Never keep pet birds in the kitchen or in rooms
where the fumes from the kitchen could reach. Birds have a very
sensitive respiratory system. Fumes released due to overheated
cooking oil, fat, margarine and overheated non-stick cookware
may be harmful.
