Kiva II line source element

Up to three Kiva II can be used as a line source element. In this conguration, the system operates over the nominal

bandwidth of Kiva II.
The [KIVA II_FI] preset allows for a reference frequency response in short throw applications.
Kiva II is driven by the LA12X / LA4X / LA8 amplied controllers.
