Unpacking and checking your Kymera
Make sure that this outlet is expelling water (to the led) within a few metres of running the board. If it is not, the cooling line may be
blocked or disconnected and the power will cut out to protect the electronics from overheaTng, potenTally leaving you stranded. An
excessive build-up of pressure in the cooling system caused by blocked cooling lines can also burst the cooling lines and result in
damage to the electronics.
The motor cooling line outlet expels water which enters the board via the jet nozzle and runs through the board to cool the motor.
Make sure that this outlet is expelling water (to the right) within a few metres of running the board. If it is not, the motor is not being
cooled, which may result in the power cuing out to protect the motor from overheaTng, potenTally leaving you stranded.
The rear hatch provides access to the drive system for cleaning and maintenance. Here you can clean the rear interior of the board aber use,
grease the drive shab, and adjust or replace the coupler. This also provides access to periodically maintain the exit bearings.
