6. Replacement of commonly used accessories
6.1
Battery replacement/low power condition (about 180min when full power works)
1.Turn off the power and make sure the power is off
2. Unscrew the battery cover retaining bolt and open it
3. Take the battery out
4. Place the spare battery in alignment
5. Close the battery cover and tighten the retaining bolts
6.2 Replacement of roller bracket/failure to meet the requirements of cleaning or handling
1. Hold the handle of the brush holder with both hands to lift the brush holder, and place the corresponding flange bearing of the
rotating slide of the brush holder.
2. Tighten the limit holes on the left and right sides with limit bolts.
3. Make sure the power cable of the roller brush is off. Connect the power cable of the roller brush to the installation.
1. Prepare the M3 hexagon wrench to ensure the roller brush is not working and disconnect the power cable of the roller brush.
2. Use the M3 hexagonal wrench to unscrew the right and left roller brush limit bolts.
3. Hold the handle of the brush holder with both hands and lift the brush holder along the rotating slide to disassemble.


6.3 Replacement of roller brushes/failure to meet cleaning requirements
1.Unscrew the bolts connecting the rotating shaft of the brush holder to the rotating shaft of the brush holder using an M4 hex key.
2.Rotate the roller brush 90° to align the opening of the roller brush shaft with the rotating axis surface, and remove one side of the roller brush.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to remove the roller brush on the other side and remove the old roller brush.
4. Select one side of the rotating shaft surface corresponding to the opening of the replacement roller brush shaft and insert it.
5. Rotate the roller brush 90° to align the shaft hole of the roller brush with the thread hole of the rotating shaft.
6. Screw the bolts connecting the rotating shaft of the brush holder to the rotating shaft of the brush holder using an M4 hex key.
7. Repeat Steps 4, 5, and 6 to assemble the roller brush on the other side and tighten bolts on both sides to replace the roller brush.
