5. Start at each end and attach seat frame plates to assembled shelter panels as shown. Attach remaining seat
frame plates to assembled shelter panels at needed locations, do not exceed two panels between seat frame
plates. Do not tighten bolts at this time.
NOTE: It may be necessary to loosen panel bolts to allow frame plate bolts to be inserted.
