Steering

Checking the
steering
The steering is fitted and calibrated in the factory. Check the adjust-
ment of the steering with a hitched machine.
Drive along a straight line with the entire combination (tractor with
hitched machine). For example, a straight kerb.
Check if the machine follows the tractor in the same track.
If the machine is pulled at an offset angle behind the tractor, the tra-
cking must be checked and adjusted. This work must be carried out
by a dealer.
Checking the track
If the machine rolls at an offset angle to the tractor when driving a
straight line, the directional stability is set incorrectly. Proceed as fol-
lows:

Consult your dealer. Never carry out any work on the steering or
tracking yourself.
