Summary of Machining a Jamb
These instruction assume a valid
Job
has been created and has been stored in the Library. To learn
how to create a Door Job and more about the libraries see the
KvalCAM Manual
that is included in
this manual set.
Step 1: Start the Process
1.
Ensure factory air is present at the machine and the
965X
main air supply valve is
turned on.
2.
Power up the
965X
. See “How to Power Up the 965X” on page 2-10.
3.
Select the
KvalCAM
shortcut.
4.
Home the
965X
. See “Home the 965X” on page 2-11.
Step 2: Steps Before Processing Jamb
Before operation, the additional setup steps below may be required.
•
Select the Jamb Support Block:
From the pop-up window, choose the predetermined
numbered block to match the jamb style.
•
Select the Jamb Reference:
Select according to Jamb Stop placement, Jamb End or
Dado.
Note:
The location values change according to the selection.
