Option S Outswing Door Sill Modifies the sill clamp fixture to also index and attach an out-swing door sill.
The fixture will accommodate sill nose protrusion on the underside of the door
of up 1-1/4". After assembly the door unit rolls out to the ma chine just like a
standard in-swing, although receiving conveyor or tables. Option adds the fol
-
lowing:
1) Modifies outfeed roller and jamb guide to pivot down, allowing a downward
protruding sill to exit the machine.
2) Additional machining to head-slides, allowing correct door/jamb placement
for outswing units.
3) Additional clamping assemblies, providing reference points for protruding
outswing-sill. Eight reference points for varying protrusions are provided and
can be easily adjusted manually via kip handle and slide.st be adapted for out-
swing sills as well.
Option SG Staple Guns Provides the customer with the four(4)required staple-guns and corresponding
remote fires necessary for the 700-DC, 700-DP, or 700-DX to operate.If cus
-
tomer wishes to purchase and ship staple-guns to Kval facility instead, select
Option If customer wishes to purchase and ship staple-guns to Kval facility
instead of purchasing Option S, that is acceptable.

Customer requests to utilize their own staple guns and remote fires which dif

fer from the outlined standard engineered models in Option S.
Option DC: Dual Controls This option provides a second set of two (2) palm buttons for sequencing as
well as two (2) staple gun activation switches at the infeed (header) end of the
machine.
