EN
Indication light
does not light up
Check if the freezer is connected to a power
source;
Check if the light is damaged.
The freezer’s
door cannot be
properly closed
Check if the freezer’s door is stuck by food
packages;

Loud noises
Check if the floor is flat and if the surface
where the freezer is placed is stable;
Check if the freezer’s accessories are properly
placed.
Transient
difficulty while
opening the
door
After refrigeration, there will be a pressure
difference between the freezer’s inside and
outside that will result in a transient difficulty
while opening the door.
This is a normal physical phenomenon.
Heat and
condensation
building up
inside the
freezer’s
enclosure
The freezer’s enclosure may emit heat during
operation, especially in summer; this is caused
by the condenser’s radiation, and it is a normal
phenomenon.
Condensation: a condensation phenomenon
will be detected on the freezer’s exterior surface
and door seals when the ambient humidity
is high; this is a normal phenomenon,
and the condensation can be wiped away
with a dry towel.
Airflow sound
Buzz
Clatter
Refrigerants circulating in the refrigerant lines
will produce sounds and grunts, which is normal
and does not affect the cooling effect.
Buzz will be generated by the running
compressor, especially when starting
up or shutting down.
