- Remove roll pins (1).
- Remove crank (2).
- Remove housing (3) and washers (4).
- Clean and check all components before reinstalling
them on a new oscillating shaft. Replace damaged
components if necessary.
- Fit housing (3) and washers (4).
- Fit crank (2) on oscillating shaft (Reinstall using
Loctite 646.
- Insert roll pins to lock crank.
- Fit roll pins at 180° to each other with slots lined up in
the direction of the main load.
- Reassemble the unit:
• Check that the cam rollers are in proper position in
the cam track.
