 Primary PTO shaft
The direction of rotation is shown on a decal.
- Position tractor in order to have the headstock reach
the right limit stop.
- Check attachment height: 600 mm (2’’).
- Separate the two half PTO shafts and connect them to
the machine's input shaft and to the tractor PTO stub.
- Place the two half drive shafts side by side.
Before using the machine for the first time:
- Grease the transmission.
Check overlap of the u-joint drive shaft and
adjust length if necessary to avoid any
premature wear.
The distance between hitch pin axis and the
ground must be of 600 mm (2’).
Stop the tractor engine and remove ignition
key.
The wide angle u-joint is fitted on the pto
shaft on the machine side.
Check half drive shaft locking on the tractor
pto.
