UNIVERSAL DRIVE
- At maximum extension, there must be a tube overlap of A = 330 mm (Fig. 4).
- At maximum overlap (with the drive shaft compressed), there must be a safety gap of B = 20 mm to
prevent the tubes striking the jaws (Fig. 4).
- If the above conditions are not met, shorten the guards (1) and the tubes (2) by the same length (X)
(Fig. 5).
- Round off and clean the tubes and grease the inside of the outer tube.
- Always make sure that the universal drive shafts are properly fitted and secured.
- Any damaged PTO and universal drive shaft guards must be replaced immediately.
Make sure that the drive guards are properly fitted and prevented from rotating by
the special chains. Replace any damaged guards immediately.
Consult the operating and maintenance instructions enclosed with the drive shaft.
CONNECTIONS
Hydraulic
The machine requires a single-acting hydraulic distributor to raise and lower the single-acting parking
stand or a double-acting hydraulic distributor for the double-acting parking stand.
The pressure hose is equipped with a male push-pull coupler (ISO 7241) (depending on parking
stand type). The hydraulic brake hose is equipped with a special coupler (NF U 16006 and ISO 5676).
Connect the hoses. Make sure that the hoses cannot catch while in operation.
Electrical
Working voltage: 12 Volts.
Keep all lighting clean and in good working order. Repair any defective elements
immediately.
Before transport on public roads, check that all lighting is in good working order.
- Plug the lighting equipment into the standardised 7-pin socket at the rear
of the tractor.
- If an electric control unit is mounted:
The electric power cable (2) is not supplied mounted.
Following the diagram:
Connect this cable (2) to the + and - terminals on your tractor battery.
Then plug the power cable into your unit to activate the controls.
The unit is fitted with a 16 Amp fuse (1).
