To set port information.
Argument
:
<range syntax>: 1,5-7, available from 1 to 24
<default class option>: low | normal | medium | high
<qcl> : available from 1 to 24
<user priority>: available from 0 to 7
<queuing mode>: strict | weighted
<low queue weighted>: 1 / 2 / 4 / 8
<normal queue weighted>: 1 / 2 / 4 / 8
<medium queue weighted> : 1 / 2 / 4 / 8
<high queue weighted>: 1 / 2 / 4 / 8
