•

Install the scraper bar (4) so it is centred in the oblong hole of the side part and slightly
tighten the screws.

•

Drive the clamping wedge (5) tightly into place and tighten the screws securely.

•

Move the scraper rail (6) up against the spiral roller (2).

•

Then tighten the hexagonal head screws (3) and threaded rods.

•

After the setting is made, run the machine manually and check whether the scraper rail (6)
comes in contact with the spiral roller (2).

•

If the scraper rail (6) does not rest on the spiral roller (2), the screw connection on the
clamping wedge (5) must be loosened.

• Turn the clamping wedge (5) by 180 degrees and retighten the screw connection (the

dimensions of the clamping wedge of the oblong hole to the upper and lower stop edge are
different).
