4.2.2 Current output ESK4A

The connecting terminals of the ESK4A have a pluggable design and can be removed in order to
connect the cables.

Power supply ESK4A with galvanic isolation

Wiring must be planned with great care when it comes to connecting other devices such as
evaluation units or process control. Internal connections in these devices (e.g. GND with PE,
mass loops) may lead to non-permitted voltage potentials which could negatively affect the
function of the converter itself or that of a device connected to it. In such cases a protected extra-
low voltage (PELV) is recommended.
