To enable main display shortcut tray, on the VIA Settings > System & iOS tab, select the
Third Party App Shortcut checkbox.
After session reset, the new app is added, and it appears in the dashboard Third Party
App page and in the main display shortcut tray on the bottom of the main display (if
created and enabled).
To change the position of the main display shortcut tray, click the settings icon on the
tray and select the desired position.

Enabling Audio for VIA Versa Video Conferencing
This feature is supported by
VIA Campus² PLUS
only.
VIA Campus² PLUS
enables you to include distance participants in your meeting using a
third-party video conferencing app that is run from your personal device. The VIA Versa
feature enables you to switch from using your device camera to an external video
conferencing device connected to
VIA Campus² PLUS
. Following are instructions to enable
the audio on the external video conferencing device.
To enable audio for VIA Versa web-conferencing:
1. Connect a video conferencing device to one of the USB connectors of your
VIA
Campus² PLUS
and verify that it is powered on.
2. Log in to the
VIA Campus² PLUS
gateway dashboard settings (see

System Controls
.
The System Controls tab appears.
