Running Kramer VIA App from a Web Browser
You can run Kramer VIA app directly from a Chromebook, Chrome or FireFox web browser,
without downloading any app to your device. Join the meeting while sitting in the meeting
room using this method (see
Joining a Meeting Locally Using a Web Browser on page 87 ) or,
if VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS has an active internet connection, join remotely, from
any location with the help of a participant in the meeting room (see Joining a Meeting
Remotely Using a Web Browser on page 87 ).
Joining a Meeting Locally Using a Web Browser
When you are sitting in the room where the VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS is located,
you can join the VIA meeting using your Chromebooks, Chrome, or Firefox browser without
downloading any app.
To join a meeting locally using Chromebooks, Chrome, or Firefox web browser:
1. Navigate to the VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS IP address with your browser.
The Gateway Management Pages Welcome page appears.
2. Click Join through browser .
The VIA login page appears.

3. Enter your screen nick name and click Login .
You are logged into the meeting. The VIA dashboard appears on the left side of the
page.
Joining a Meeting Remotely Using a Web Browser
If VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS has an active internet connection, a participant can join
a meeting remotely, from any location, with the help of a participant in the meeting room.
To join a meeting remotely using using Chromebooks, Chrome, or Firefox:
1. A participant in the meeting room, on the same network as VIA Campus², VIA Campus²
PLUS navigates to the VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS IP address with their
browser.
The Gateway Management Pages Welcome page appears.
