During oven operation 

Keeping the door closed, check the correct working of the cooling fan. 
If the cooling fan doesn’t start: 
1. Check if there has been interruption of the electricity supply. If so, stop cooking, switch off the oven, and 
wait for the electricity supply to start again. 
2. If there has not been any interruption of the electricity supply, do not use the oven, and contact the 
Service Centre. 
 
If the oven door is opened during the cooking operations, the cooling fan stops in order to prevent burning 
heat in the direction of the user. 
Once the door have been closed, the cooling fan starts again. If this does not happen, check again the points 
1 and 2 described above.  

 
USING THE GAS GRILL 

 
The grill has an electric ignition. 
To switch on the gas grill, make the following operations: 
Open the oven door; 
Press the thermostat knob slightly and turn it clockwise to the grill position; the cooling fan starts; 
Press the knob right to start the electric ignition. 
Please, note, that the electric ignition must not be pressed for more than 15 seconds. If the burner does not 
start in 15 seconds, 

keep the door open

, and wait for at least 1 minute before trying again the electric 

ignition. 
Note: when using the electric ignition for the first time, it is quite normal having to try several times, due to the 
air inside the gas pipe. 
 

During the grill function 
Important: the oven door must be kept open, and the knob protection positioned as shown on figure 
9

 on page 13

WARNING: 

The accessible parts of the oven can be very hot when using the grill.  

Always use the gloves when inserting the food inside the oven or taking it out and out of the oven. 
Keep children away. 
 

USING THE ELECTRIC GRILL 

 
The oven door must be kept open and the knob protection positioned as shown on 

figure 9

 on page 13.

wait for the electricity supply to start again. 
2. if there has not been any interruption of the electricity supply, do not use the oven, and contact the Service 
Centre. 
 
Note: if the oven thermostat knob is accidentally turned during the operation of the electric grill, the safety 
device will prevent the operation of the grill. 
To restart the operation, simply turn the oven knob to match the correct position on the front panel.
