4.1.2.6 Power Menu Selection
You can make the following selections on the Power Menu. Use the sub menus for other selections.
Feature Options Description
Intelligent
system monitor
This is a Sub-Menu.
Additional setup menus to configure boot settings.
ACPI Control
This is a Sub-Menu.
Additional setup menus to configure PCI devices.
CPU Control This is a Sub-Menu.
Different CPU parameters.
Power button
behaviour
On/Off
Wake/ Sleep
Select the desired system power state after press power button.
On/OFF: system power off.
Wake/Sleep: System enter sleep mode.
After power
failure
Stay Off
Power On
[Stay Off]
Keep the power off until the power button is pressed.
[Power On]
Note: Last State and Power On work only with battery. In case of
Thermal trip occur. System will auto protect by shutting down and
write to after power failure bit and set it to Stay off.
SoftOff support
Enabled
Disabled
Remove S5 option when OS is in ACPI. The system will display “ It
is now safe to turn off your computer”
