7 – GUARANTEE
The Manufacturer guaranties the conformity of supplied
goods to agreed specifications. The guarantee covering
faults is limited to production defects and raw materials: it
does not include wear and tear, oxidation, damages
caused by improper use and/or during competition, no
correct maintenance, transport, storage, etc.; it decays
immediately in case of modifications or alterations of the
product. Validity corresponds to the legal guarantee of the
country in which the product was sold (max 3 years) and
shall be effective from the selling date by the Manufac-
turer. No claims may be lodged against the Manufacturer
after such term has elapsed. Any request of reparation
must be accompanied by documentary evidence of the
date of purchase. If the defect is recognized, the Manu-
facturer, at its only discretion, will repair or replace or re-
fund the product. In no case the Manufacturer’s liability
will exceed to the invoiced price.
8 – SPECIFIC INFORMATION
EKO
(fig. 1): full body harness, certified according to
norms:
-
EN 361:02, fitted with two attachment points, dorsal
(5) and sternal (6) marked with the letter A, suitable
for connecting to a fall arrest systems, conforming
to standard EN 363,

EN 358:99, fitted with three attachment points, one
ventral (7) and two lateral (8), suitable for working
positioning and restraint,
-
EN 813:08; fitted with one ventral attachment point
(7) suitable for rope access,
-
EN 12277/A:07 and UIAA 105 standard, fitted with
two attachment points, sternal (6) and ventral (7),
suitable for mountaineering including rock climbing.
Warning: ventral attachment point (7) and lateral at-
tachment points (8) are not suitable to be connected
to a fall arrest system!

Warning: a prolonged suspension onto a harness,
above all if unconscious, may cause the suspension
syndrome that can lead to fatal consequences!
8.1 - HARNESS WEARABILITY
First of all check the size – choosing the correct one for
you (see SIZE table).
To don the harness correctly:
a)
loosen the shoulder straps (1), the waist belt (2) and
the sit harness (4),
b)
holding the harness by the dorsal attachment point
(5) spread out the shoulder straps (1) – (fig.3),
c)
to wear the harness, slip your legs through the waist
belt (2) into the sit harness (4) and your arms into
the shoulder straps (1) – (fig. 4),
d)
adjust the harness tightening the waist belt (2), the
sit harness (4) and the shoulder straps (1) – (fig. 5),
e)
position the loops (11) to hold the exceeding sling.
