5.
Blow off mud, dirt, leaves, etc. in radiator fins (3), aftercool-
er fins (4), air conditioner condenser fins (5), and oil cooler
fins (6) with compressed air.
NOTICE
Steam or water may be used instead of the com-
pressed air.
However, when using the powerful steam cleaning
equipment (high-pressure machine wash) for the heat
exchange equipment (radiator), keep a sufficient dis-
tance to the target.
If steam cleaning (high-pressure machine wash) is per-
formed at close distance, there is a danger that the in-
ternal fins of the heat exchange equipment may be de-
formed, and this will cause early clogging and break-
age of the equipment.
6.
Check the rubber hoses. If any hose is cracked or becomes brittle, replace it with a new one. Also check
and tighten all the loose hose clamps.
7.
Install the radiator grille (2) with bolts (1) (10 pieces).
METHOD FOR CHECKING WINDOW WASHER FLUID LEVEL, ADDING FLUID
1.
Open the cover (1) on the right side of the cab.
2.
Check the fluid level in the window washer tank (2).
1) If the window washer fluid is insufficient, open the cap
of window washer tank (2), add the window washer
fluid for automobiles.
Be careful not to let dirt or dust get in when adding it.
2) Close the cap of window washer tank (2).
3.
After checking the fluid level, close the cover (1).
METHOD FOR CHECKING AND MAINTENANCE AIR CONDITIONER
METHOD FOR CHECKING REFRIGERANT LEVEL FOR AIR CONDITIONER (GAS)

WARNING
Do not touch the refrigerant, loosen any part of the refrigerant circuit, or bring any open flame near re-
frigerant gas.
If you get the refrigerant in your eyes or on your hand, it may cause injury.
If the level of the refrigerant (gas) is low, the cooling effect will be reduced.
Check the refrigerant (gas) level with the engine speed at approximately 1500 rpm while the cooler is running in
high speed.
1.
Open the cover (1).
