* Procedure for DVD backup (Optional )

A. Installation of DVD Ram Drive

1. DVD

Driver

Installation

Install DVD Driver software supplied by the manufacturer in Kollector
system
(The driver for the DVD Ram Drive is already installed in the system).
2. Format

DVD

Cartridge

Before using the cartridge, format it on the PC. If not formatted,

UDF format using the disk supplied by the manufacturer is recommended

(a cartridge is already formatted ).

3.   Turn off the Kollector system power.
4.   Setting DVD ID.
    Set the ID # on the back panel of DVD to "2" (Default).
    You can connect up to 7 DVD's with ID# from 0 to 6.
5.   Connect DVD to Kollector system.
6.   Turn on the DVD power.
7.   Turn on the Kollector system power.

B. Installation of PC for Backup

1. Open the PC Cover and install SCSI card in an empty slot.
2. Install DVD Driver software supplied by the manufacturer on the PC.

C. Data Backup and Review

1.   Follow the steps described in Operation Manual Page 60 ~ 61.
2.   After the backup, turn off the DVD power.
3.   Disconnect the DVD from Kollector system.
4.   Connect DVD to your PC, and turn on DVD, then PC.
5.   Using Windows Explorer, look for the file "E:

Bin

Dissviewer.exe" ( E is removable disk drive ) and double click it.
