6. CALC 

 

 

6.1 Line Adjustment 

In Line Adjustment program, the user can do the adjustment for single line. It  can define 

any  two  points  as  occupied  point  with  known  height.  This  program  will  calculate  the 

closure error and adjust it. 

Press [4.CALC] under main menu to enter the line adjustment page. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Choose  a  line  in  a  existed  job  at  first.  eg.  LINE001  in  the  picture.  The  equipment  can 

calculate the tolerance value of closure error in two methods: 

Based on distance: Tolerance value = a+b

L

, L is the total length of this line. 

Based on station: Tolerance value = a

n

, n is the total quantity of station. 

a and b: the basic configuration to calculate the value 

Pt Type: Point type. It can choose three different kinds of point with their combination. Line 

points, detail points (median points) and stake-out points. All these points can be adjust. 

Press [OK] to confirm.
