1. Fan pulley mounting bracket (GM87571), washers
(M125A-10-80 qty. 4), and screws (M933-10035-60 qty. 4).
Use bottom set and third from bottom set of holes on engine.
Torque to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.)
2. Belt guard bracket (GM89277-WHT or -G49)
3. Washer (M125A-10-80), screw (M931-10040-60), and nut
(M6923-10-80)
4. Belt (GM87574). Remove and discard existing belt.
5. Fan pulley (GM87709)
6. Fan spacer (GM39311)
7. Washers (X-801-4 qty. 4) and screws (M931-08130-60 qty. 4).
Torque to 33 Nm (24 ft. lbs.)
8. Belt guard bracket (GM90898-WHT or -G49)
9. Washer (X-25-40) and screw (M933-06020-60)
10. Remove existing pressure switch and bushing.
11. Washers (M125A-10-80 qty. 6) and screws (M933-10020-60
qty. 6)
12. Radiator mounting bracket, RH (GM90789-WHT or -G49)
13. Screws (M933-10030-60 qty. 8) and nuts (M6923-10-80 qty. 8)
14. Pipe nipple (X-204-6)
15. Pipe coupling (X-216-23)
16. Drain valve (278788)
17. Belt guard, top (GM90779)
18. Washers (X-25-40 qty. 6) and screws (M933-06014-60 qty. 6)
19. Washers (M125A-08-80 qty. 2) and screws (M933-08012-60
qty. 2)
20. Belt guard, LH (GM90781)
21. Washers (M125A-08-80 qty. 2) and screws (M933-08012-60
qty. 2)
22. Washers (X-25-40 qty. 2) and screws (M933-06014-60 qty. 2)
23. Belt guard, bottom (GM90782)

32. Coolant hose support bracket (GM93398). Use existing
hardware.
