Connect the upper and lower radiator
hoses.
9.1 Route the lower radiator hose (GM90938) through
the insulated clamp (X-672-33). See Figure 11.
9.2 Position the belt guard bracket (GM64267) and
insulated clamp (X-672-33) as shown in
Figure 11, item 4 using 2 washers (X-125-130),
2 screws
(M933-06020-60),
and
2 nuts
(M6923-06-80).
9.3 Route the upper radiator hose (GM90937)
through the insulated clamp (X-672-33). See
Figure 11.
9.4 Position the coolant hose support bracket
(GM93398) and insulated clamp (X-672-33) as
shown in Figure 11, item 2 using existing
hardware, 1 washer (X-125-130), 1 screw
(M933-06020-60), and 1 nut (M6923-06-80).
9.5 Connect the upper radiator hose (GM90937) to
the radiator and engine port using two hose
clamps (X-426-2) to secure. See Figure 11 for
location.
Note:
Place hose clamps 6 mm (0.25 in.) from
the hose end and tighten.
9.6 Connect the lower radiator hose (GM90938) to the
radiator and engine port using two hose clamps
(X-426-2) to secure. See Figure 11 for location.
1. Upper radiator hose (GM90937) and hose clamps (X-426-2
qty. 2)
2. Coolant hose support bracket (GM93398), existing
hardware, washer (X-25-130), screw (M933-06020-60), nut
(M6923-06-80), and insulated clamp (X-672-33)
3. Lower radiator hose (GM90938) and hose clamps (X-426-2
qty. 2)
4. Belt guard bracket (GM64267), washers (X-25-130 qty. 2),
screws (M933-06020-60 qty. 2), nuts (M6923-06-80 qty. 2),
and insulated clamp (X-672-33)
