Cause
Remedy
Water will not turn off.
Flow valve, solenoid or on/off
switch faulty.
Supply pressure below 0.2 bar.
Renew parts as necessary.
Contact local water authority/
undertaker.
Check water supply static
pressure.
Note!
Static pressure may
fall below 0.2 bar when other
appliances are operated e.g.
dishwasher, washing machine
etc.
Power neon goes off
when unit is turned on.
Loose connections/broken wire
within the shower or on the cable
run to it, isolator pull cord or
within the consumer unit.
Check continuity and rectify
supply cable fault.
