TROUBLE
POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTION
The microphone
causes
microphonics.
You are using the microphone too close to the Kolibri
speaker.
Increase the distance between the speaker and micro-
phone user.
Lower the volume on the speaker control panel.
There are sound
disturbances when
using two or more
microphones.
Microphones are set at the same frequencies. Change
the frequency of all microphones so they are different,
but in accordance with the in-built receiver.
Contact an authorised servicing centre.
When using
mobile phone as
a Bluetooth device
and there is an
incoming call,
music playback is
interrupted.
Set the phone in the so-called flight mode. This
way, you can prevent the disconnection in case of
a phone call.
Mobile phone
does not detect the
Kolibri 360 system.
The Kolibri 360 might not be connected to a previ-
ously paired device. Turn off the connected device
or remove it from the range.
Bluetooth disabled. Enable the Bluetooth function
on your mobile phone and turn on the phone
before you turn on Kolibri 360.
